请问有人有关于把国外的learner license转成new south wales的learner license的经验吗？
ld现在有新加坡的learner license，前两天考车没有过。今天刚刚发现learner license也能转。

Overseas learner licence holders
If you hold a car learner licence issued form an overseas licence issuing authority and you wish to obtain a NSW class C learner licence, you must:

Be 16 years of age or older
Provide proof of your NSW address
Prove your identity
Pass an eyesight test
Pass a knowledge test
Pay the licensing fee, and
Have your photo taken by Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) for your driver licence photo card.

请问有经验的人，这个条件跟直接去考理论申请一个新的learner license有什么不一样？是不是条件之一的"Pass a knowledge test"，不是那个"Driver Knowledge Test (DKT)"，而是一个简单的口头的test? 如果是一样的test，那就看不出来有什么不一样了。
