Your words made me feel disgusting. You label yourself so much patriot while trying so hard to immigrate to foreign country, to escap from your motherland, and enjoy weston style life.
This is nothing to complain. As a country, the china is strong, but average chinese are still poor in terms of GDP and their income. Not just poor, very, very poor. A lot of chinese people are still struglling for life, with just a few hundred US$ income each year through hard work year around. You can NOT expect such country, its people to show much confidence in front of most of weston countries, where their people can get tens of thousands of US$ welfare to support their life from government by doing nothing, just because they are its citizen.
Don't just blame chinese government. With over one billion population in the country, you should know how touch the situation is. Don't blame your fellow chinese 崇洋媚外, you are the one who run to the foreign country, enjoy weston style life well ahead of most chinese. I am NOT blaming you, you are free to choose the life you like, like most of people in Freeoz. But you are NOT entiled to laugh at your fellow chinese, complain its government. At least they are doing something to build the country.
I am living in the weston country as you, but I never complain. I got a few weston passport already. I never label myself patriot. I fully understand its people in China, the situation, understand its government.
If you have chance to be back to china, go and visit the countryside, not just big city, to see how poor your fellow chinese they are. They are not just few, but in hundreds of millions.
How disgusting you are, you mentioned that you felt disgusted about chinese people 崇洋媚外, at that moment, you were applying for GC in foreign embassy.
