it is a good idea to do that, but be aware that the interview "Style" is much different from Singapore. I was totally not able to "fetch" what the interviewer "Expecting answers" especially for those general questions although u can understand the question itself. E.G they just need a programmer for design and coding only, yet the interviewer will ask u a lot of questions on general purpose such as how do u manage ur time, ur deadline, ur "ad-hot" management, conflict management ... That's why we lose to those Indian guys/gals with good spoken and presenting ENGLISH!
Sometimes really wanna fxxk them up, I am not here to interview a position of manager, why u bother about so much? As long as i can code and communicate, what is the point for so "comprehensive" talent?? <== maybe too many competitors, and they are not able to differentiate other than the technical skills! |
