请问一下亲戚的咖啡馆能担保我什么签证吗?

我之前有一个475签证,但已经过期,当时因为找不到工作所以回国了.
现在我老婆还是很想来澳洲,如果再申请489,我心有余而力不足,主要是雅思口语考不到6,写作也很勉强.

有一个表姐在墨尔本买了个咖啡馆,具体规模什么我也不太清楚,不过如果让她做个担保帮我申请签证我觉得还是肯的.
但是不知道能适合我们这种情况的有哪种签证?457(2年后可以转PR)?不过我是个码农，和咖啡馆的工作扯不上边

我不是说了吗,我快四十的人了,雅思考四个六都很困难,就算四个六，打分也才55，不够啊
怎么189,190?

亲属担保:  也是属于eoi里面的一项,有亲属担保的,可以加5分. 但同样需要雅思4个6来提交eoi,打分到60才有机会.

家庭团聚:  另一个跟亲属有关的是试着申请家庭团聚,但这个要求血缘关系亲密.

雇主担保:  企业满足一定的条件可以试着做雇主担保.  这一条对雅思要求不高,主要是雇主有资格且愿意担保你基本就有戏.  看你的情况这个反而有希望.(否则就去考雅思6炸)

投资移民:  有钱可以500w直接投资 或者 还有一种小生意移民 (这个也比较有希望)

关于小生意,就是原来的"16x"签证系列,今天去看官网看,临时加了一条:These visas are now closed to new applications.  已经暂停了.

其实我觉得雇主担保没什么机会，
lz你已经申请过签证，移民局肯定要看以前记录的 你之前是个码农，一下子要变成 restaurant manager， 这个他们肯定要怀疑， 你说你最近3年一直在做餐饮业的话，也得让他们相信你才行。

亲属担保可以提供额外10分的。  lz就算4个6应该也够60分。
看你的表姐跟你的关系是否属于亲属了， vic全境都属于489指定的偏远，所以通过了你就可以来墨尔本

亲属担保是vic全境
你那个是489 州担保的， 多传播，这样看还有些人记错了，或者被误解。

这个加上之前签证页上就是，
担保人和被担保人都要住在 designated area。 起码是常住 must be usually a resident。
至于是不是一个地方，不清楚。没发现具体说明。
