今天AIQS拿到suitable了，发帖纪念下。
介于网上关于AIQS的资料和讨论都好少，所以分享下我自己的经验，希望可以帮到其他人。

评估政策
申请表
一定好好看一下这个官网的政策，如果看英文有难度，可以用翻译软件辅助，自己不先看一下就到处问小白问题的话会让人很难回答。
申请表的说明里面说最好不要超过15页，否则会比较慢，但是我还是超了，结果一周就出结果了，我觉得他们效率好高。

我是适用于parthway3 overseas trained applicants
要求的资料清单：
Pathway 3 - (Section 7 of our Skilled Migration Assessment Policy)
申请表                       Completed Application Form;  
交费                           Payment of Assessment Fee in Australian Dollars;
简历                          A Curriculum Vitae or Resume;
学历（公证）             *Certified copy of all relevant formal qualifications (comparable Bachelor degree or higher);
成绩单（公证）          *Certified copy of transcripts relating to relevant formal qualifications;
工作证明                    Employment Reference (on Corporate Letterhead) from a Quantity Surveyor to include an outline of your role and the main duties performed, specified dates of your role with the organisation and referee’s contact details;
雅思成绩单（公证）  *Certified copy of IELTS Test Report showing minimum level of six (6) on all four (4) criteria;
护照（公证）             *Certified copy of current Passport.

注：所有资料如果是非英文的，要翻译成英文。我根据移民局官网上的要求翻译人员要求，在万能的淘宝上找的有NAATI证的人给翻的，所有的资料一共500元内。

1、关于申请表和交费
官网上下载的申请表按要求填好，里面会让填交费信用卡信息，提交申请后他们会根据这个信息在你的信用卡上扣费

2、简历
我是参考网上的简历自己写的：个人基本信息+教育背景+资质（国内一般是造价员、造价师什么的）+工作经历（时间、地点、单位、职位）
因为全部都是私人信息，我就不分享了哈。

3、学历、成绩单、雅思成绩单、护照
这4项都要公证。对于certified copy，我当时还有疑问，写了邮件去AIQS问，“我都扫描原件，是否可以不certified copy?”，对方第二天就回复我了（高效！）他们只接受certified copy，而且证明要放在前面。
因为政策上说公证人是“Authorised people include: Justices of the Peace (JP’s), legal practitioners and Police Officers.” 为了确认，我又写邮件去AIQS问公证处的公证员提供的certified copy可以否。对方的回答是不行，“a Public Notary is not on the list of persons approved to certify documents”，然后给了个地址移民局官网公证人列表。最后我是找了在大学当老师的朋友给我做的公证，签字内容我是参考论坛里的前辈分享的样子写的。(不会上传图片╮(╯▽╰)╭)

4、工作证明
我直接写好英文的，让单位领导签字，省了一道翻译。样板在附件，我自己写的，如果觉得有不对的自己改改哈。
关于签字的证明人AIQS要求是要有相关资质的人。
An appropriate supervisor for the purposes of your application should meet one of the following criteria:
1 Employer that is practicing and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor who has studied and graduated from a minimum of 3 years full time in an allied discipline;
2 a Practising Quantity Surveyor recognised as a Corporate Member of the AIQS or other body formally recognised by the Institute;
3 a Practising Quantity Surveyor that is registered to practice by the governing body or professional association in the country of residence; or
4 a Practising Quantity Surveyor that gained their Construction related qualification/degree (minimum of 3 year full-time) in Australia.
我第一家单位的证明人是RICS会员，满足第2条。第二家单位的证明人是中国的造价师，满足第3条。
资料要求上没有提，但我还是提供了这两个证明人的资质材料，并且也做了certified copy，中国造价师还做了翻译。

注：翻译件和原件都要certified copy。“you must provide certified copies of both the original language document and an English translation carried out by an authorised translator.”

Estimates and monitors construction costs from the feasibility stage, through tender preparation, to the construction period and beyond.

Skill Level:
The entry requirement for this occupation is a bachelor degree or higher qualification. In some instances relevant experience is required in addition to the formal qualification. Registration or licensing is required.

Tasks Include:
prepares preliminary cost estimates from sketches and statements of requirements
studies architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs
consults with architects, builders and engineers, financiers, developers and owners
prepares detailed cost plans and estimates as tools for budgetary control
prepares material lists, produces bills of quantities for tendering purposes and advises clients on tenders when received
administers construction contracts and measures and approves progress payments
monitors changes of design, assesses effects on cost, and measures, values and negotiates variations to designs
advises on costs of alterations to existing buildings or structures, on various materials and construction methods, and on alternative contractual procedures and clauses
prepares final cost statements
may supervise and coordinate the work of building technicians
may prepare specifications and contract documents

国内普通大学，工程管理专业，评估的时候要提供大学的课程成绩单，AIQS会自己评估是否符合。

楼主，你那个大学老师的朋友是需要上网注册一下，拿到什么认证号，才可以给你做certify吗，这个注册花钱吗？

不需要，他就写的他的教师资格证上面的编号。

是，省钱省时。如果你能找到律师或警察更好，到时候做elodge的材料的时候也可以用

看你的签名，一切都太顺利了，都挺快的，我们光VET就得熬四个月，太煎熬了

那是你不知道我老公的EA准备了1个月，等了2.5个月，还是挺久的

恭喜我们群有3位成员通过AIQS评估了，不过时间没有4个工作日那么高效了，都是3个月左右。

AIQS需要本科学位，工程管理专业、土木工程专业等；还有一个简单的VET可以评估建筑估算员，大专以上学历就行，但属于州担保的职位，而且对雅思要求还挺高，没太大用处。

AIQS他要评估你学校课程和工作内容，市政的工程管理也是属于这个范畴的，你具体要看下你的课程和工作内容。如果你是偏施工管理方面的，还可以看看土木工程师那个提名，那个是在EA评估。
