申请FTB B的过程中来的一封信, 第一句写道,
As you or your parter no longer receive a government pension or benefie, you need to provide a new estimate of your total family income.
以前申请的FTB A 算是 government pension 吗?

不是，
FTB 是对一些家庭的补助，
Government pension，是到了法定退休年龄后，经过财产和收入的测定，合法领取的从政府部门发来的养老钱。
目前的法定退休年龄是 65

did you have parenting payment or new start allowance.

This is also government pension. Age pension is one type of all the pensions.

It might be true in other countries, I'm not sure.
In LZ's case, the government pension = age pension. ''Parenting payment & Newstart allowance'' you've mentioned should be entitled to the BENEFIT.

谢谢诸位了! 我们是申请的Parenting Payment. 他们让重新估价下自己的收入. 不知道为什么, 关于收入已经汇报了2,3次了. 这次来了封信.
As you or your parter no longer receive a government pension or benefit, you need to provide a new estimate of your total family income.
Remember: You must include any government pensions or benefits, you and your partner expect to receive from Centrelink, such as New start or Parenting Payment. If you do not give us a new estimate of your family's income, you could be overpaid and have to pay the money back.
