公开说会不会有做广告之嫌？只是想告诉大家，是可以的。以前在中国，很多都是国家定价，从来没想过可以讨价还价。这里好像很多是私人经营的，包括水，电，煤气，火车，公共汽车，最近才知道连中文广播电台都是私人的生意。所以5楼说的可能都对。有兴趣可以试试！
