**Possible answer
I am quite flexible with that。
**1. modify you resume, use ambiguous titles like Assistant Manager, etc, then explain in interviews
2. say this in your cover letter: "i am new to Australia and realized that i have to rebuild my career, and i am prepared and willing to start from junior positions to regain working experience in Australia. Furthermore i am confident that my experience will bring valuable contribution to your organization"
** DO not
DO you have any other questions ? http://www.freeoz.org/forum/view ... 2389&extra=page%3D2
** Don’t Do It
CAREER PATH -------
如果我回答,我会说:more than 10 years, but did not get a lot of chance for practicing. I am attending *** activity/local community to polish my English these days.
Why you left you last job? http://www.freeoz.org/forum/view ... 3209&extra=page%3D1
即使你在说出不足后记得补充说明what you plan to do to meet the challenges.
think the biggest challenge I will face in your organization is how to build my reputation quickly and efficiently. I order to get the trust and buy-in from the boss and the colleagues, I need to show my professional skills and personality to the people around me. I have also awarded that it is important to build a harmony partnership and make contribution as a positive team member. I believe that my flexibility to different environment will help me into achieving that.
TIME FOR A CHANGE TO EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT STYLE AND HAVING EXPOSURES TO VARIETY
之十九: how do you avoid mistake? http://www.freeoz.org/forum/view ... 7048&extra=page%3D3
事前有一个好的Planning,争取把每一个关键点都列出来;
2)在做事的过程中小心,不马虎;
之二十: manage internal expectations vs. external expectations http://www.freeoz.org/forum/view ... 7049&extra=page%3D3
Give an example of how you manage internal expectations (expectations of your boss) vs. external expectations (expectations of your clients
A WAY EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL EXPECTATIONS ARE SIMILAR.
SIMILARITIES:
1. professionalism
2. well presented
3. quality of service
4, level of customre satisfaction
difference (internal)
1. you boss probablay expect you to be cost efficent.
2. improve bottom line
3. promote corp brand or image
4. custome relations
your client probably expect
1. cheapest price with the best quality of service (usually is the case)
2. time efficient
3. instantaneous response
What does customer service mean to you http://www.freeoz.org/forum/view ... 7050&extra=page%3D2
1.SLA Service Level Agreement
不光是put yourself in his shoes的问题
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, DELIVERY RESULT TO ENSURE MAJORITY OF INTEREST ARE SATISFIED.
2、monitoring progress time to time
1.process control:
Monitor progress and communicate with all stake holder
Set milestones
2. team communication
Encourage and push team member
Get buy in
3. risk control
identify avoid potential risk
set contingency plan
be careful to make simple example to explain the above points.
之二十三:how do you influence people http://www.freeoz.org/forum/view ... 7457&extra=page%3D1
I can handle both of them.
Please liaise this issue with my agent. Anyway, I'll pleased to accept your best offer within the reasonable market range.
Answer can be:
1 always be assertive and courteous to customer
2 actively listen to customer's need
3 give a win-win solution to customer to promote the short and long terms royalty of the customer
What can you contribuet to this role (our company)? 和what's your stength? http://www.freeoz.org/forum/view ... 4088&extra=page%3D1
show your match.
Interview Questions—Research Scientist, 3 September 2007
1. Can you tell us what you consider to be our two major achievements in your field of research and how they are relevant to this position?
2. What do you think are the key factors in building successful multi-agency collaborations?
3. You have been asked to prepare a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation on how you would develop a research project that address a major production issue of your choice, for submission to an external funding body. Who is your intended audience?
4. How would you describe your personal Emotional Intelligence and do you think it is important in the workplace? Please elaborate.
5. What do you see as the major issues that the industry will have to deal within the next ten to twenty years and how might the industry respond?
6. Any questions? The committee will need to sight documents (driver’s licence, evidence of degrees, etc)
Closing The Interview
From a sales perspective (you are selling yourself) the close is the best chance for you to 'seal the deal'.
Any Questions?...
At the end of the interview you usually get the opportunity to ask some questions of the interviewer(s).
You should _ALWAYS_ have a few questions to ask, as it will show that you have some positive interest in the prospective employment and the process.
Some questions to ask may include:
- Questions based on what the role is, and what has been discussed in the interview, you may be aware, but ask anyway just for clarification, proving that you were listening to them during the interview.
- Basic questions about expected working hours, annual leave, general working conditions/environment. Quite high level at this stage as this information should be stipulated in detail if/when you get the job.
- Questions about career prospects in the company, training, personal growth, moving to other areas, etc. (shows that you have an interest in being with the company for a while, building your career)
- Be sure to ask what will happen next, ask when you can expect to be contacted regarding your application and what will happen next, that way you'll know what to expect and when.
...and finally!
A positive close can sometimes rescue an otherwise average interview performance. Reaffirm your interest in the position (you can always change your mind later) and ascertain the next step in the selection process.
