标题: 第一次罚款可以免掉吗？
今天受到179的停错车的罚单，可不可以免掉呢。
以前看到论坛有人说可以免的，是不是这样，如何做？
停错的原因是：停车牌9：30AM前不可以停，以后却可以停，不是BUS站，很奇怪的。这个牌解释稍微复杂一点，我没有看清楚。
