我发现你们介帮人学习英文都是太死板啦

首先得拥抱一种文化，才能达到交流的目的
生硬的英文一下子就拉远啦人与人之间的距离

西人没事就爱踏马的夸人，毫不吝啬溢美之情的哇！

语言一定是说出来的，把孩子扔到一个纯英文的环境不出一年，绝对说的比国内的大学生还纯正。。

中国人神马都能山寨，我看学语言偏偏有自己的一套方法

但是自信也是跟能力成正比的。不是每个人都能莫名的自信的啦

以前也是很紧张很怕说错话的，过了几年以后就完全是像三哥三姐学习了。

其实自报家门，说 hello, dcxg here 或者 it's me， speaking， it's dcxg 就可以了，一本正经的主谓宾来一串，的确有点生硬啊！也难怪我们歧义了。我认为你够酷，生硬的英语是要鄙视的

坚持不查字典也许能驱除中文主导思维，生词本来是在环境里掌握的，不是从字典里学来的。
相似的，我发现看小说比看精品文章，能更好地学习不熟悉的领域，比如历史。

今天在孩子的书里看到两个关于动物的词，无聊之中我又犯老毛病：查字典了

albatross，[albətrɔs], 信天翁，最大的海鸟，念：阿爸抽死，就是“沉重负担”（不知如何运用），就是很大的家伙
@yping88 指导一下这个沉重负担什么语言情境下用？谢谢。

cheetah [ˈtʃi:tə], 猎豹, 念：吃它，很厉害的动物嘛。

其后才是随着阅读量的丰富，语言能力越来越强

有时候和人聊天，说自己中文退化了，自嘲地结结巴巴地说着洋味的中文---误区啊
谁说中文差了，英文就会好？又不是翘翘板。

最近我在学中文，兴致来了再学学英文。有兴致就是成功了一半，对不对？

能自由地、迅速地switch between 中文和英文就最酷了！

当然，想象空间何等重要，大家可千万别把话说满了、说尽了，还有千万别没事发自己照片

对了，前面说到查字典的事---

我认为在某种情况下，比如看电影读小说，就要象你所说，坚持不查字典，以体会语境、增强语感。

但在读学术性、人文类的文章，或者书写公文时，就应该查字典。（否则怎么进步？）

必须查英英字典，切记。

另外，你可能没注意到，我说查字典，是说要查英文字典，算是既学习效果好，又不至于和自己太较劲的中间办法。

比如这个词：forensic，字典里说：Relating to or denoting the application of scientific methods and techniques to the investigation of crime

Please refer to the following from Wikepedia regarding what this Syndrome is about:
