楼主到澳洲多长时间了？
国内sap的工作还是非常好找的，只要一下项目，猎头就蜂拥而至。

我来了整整5个月了，是 SD,MM模块的。之前只在6月初做了超短3周的合同工。

去SEEK,用SAP MM當keyword,幾天就一個缺出來.
SAP Portal那才是少得可憐.
你是從SEEK找到這個3週的合約工嗎?是什麼內容?是透過中介?

我先前一個6週的工作是從Linkedin找到的,
直接對consulting company,一個人被派到客戶公司做事.
上週applied了一個SAP Java的工作,昨天連繫中介follow up,
他說project postponed,要再等等,我這塊市場上很quiet,

今天一早的电话面试fail了！我等了将近6周啊，结果被另一个对手打败了。
电话面试的目的是测试你的communication skill. 面试的是IT project manager and ERP Manager两人。
主要就是问你的以前的工作经历呀，做过哪些项目呀。问题都问得很快，也很长。说实在的，有那么2个问题只抓住了关键字。
一切归零，重新开始。

谢谢兄弟鼓励。目前还没体会到需求量的上升。同一个SAP模块，有时候也会要求有行业经验。比方说，我们要SAP SD/MM的顾问，但是必须要有Gas+oil的行业经验；另一个说了，最好是要有零售业的经验；还有另一个说，我们要superannuation的经验.哎，我这个在制造业做了11年的就只好

确实是对语言要求挺高的。鬼佬也很鬼的，先来个电话面试，否则连face to face的机会都没有。

在国内是SAP BW，干了7年，到布里斯班找了一个月没能找到SAP BW的工作，后来接到一个BI的offer, SAP BO+ORALCE+SQL SERVER, 非SAP业务环境，我也就接了，不过丢掉SAP BW的经验有一点可惜。有机会还想干点BW的项目。

SAP测试的话，好像目前Brisbane就有项目，好像是DHS部门，刚在Canberra做完以部分，其余部分都转到Brisbane去，也就最近一周的事。

Brisbane government project is recruiting ABAPer! my project is in canberra, I have been in this project since last April, I was the first ABAP contractor . Currently, we have 6 ABAPers (3 contractors, 3 permanent).Probably, they will hire more ABAPer in later when realization comes.

Comparing with .Net, I prefer ABAP, as I think, ABAP is more business and experience focusing, ABAP might be easy to get in, but it is very different between experienced and non-experienced consultant.

connect那些recruiter可能還有用,我透過這個拿到一個合約工,

最近有3，4个悉尼的recruiter主动跟我connect（我在墨尔本）,还有一个在invitation中说要给我介绍工作。结果都没影儿呢。

中介可不可靠靠不靠谱，其实也是双向的，毕竟人家也靠你赚钱的，同时也是一种市场积累，我做过的中介基本上听可靠的。

就是无偿的试用工，我自己通过linked in找到的，小规模零售业。6个周，结束后走人。好处就是提供referee。干完就圣诞节了。不知道什么时候能找到工。

上上週三的interview估計是failed.
問了2次,中介直說顧主沒回覆,
想是換句話說顧主選別人了.
唉~~
只是個SAP Portal developer估計也是非常競爭.

As the SAP MM Reporting consultant you will be responsible for facilitating design workshops with key business stakeholders documenting the design outcomes. Once a design has been agreed on you will create functional specifications to support any RICEF items, configuration of SAP elements, identify testing requirements, creation and execution of systems test scripts and support of UAT activities. At the final stage you will create and deliver training materials to the end users and provide support of cutover and support activities.

To be successful in this role you will have a deep understanding of end to end supply chain and business processes with experience in end to end lifecycle implementations of SAP. You will have extensive functional and configuration experience in either SAP MM or LE. The ability to manage and work effectively with a diverse stakeholder group is key as this will ensure the successful delivery of systems capability to the project schedule.

Experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be highly regarded
Required

Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent

做合同工可以吃三年，入职的话，跟一般的工作也差不多。

就是无偿的试用工，我自己通过linked in找到的，小规模零售业。6个周，结束后走人。好处就是提供referee。 ...
