整个政府结构叫做 Parliament House 议会, 议院,又名Chambers。
议会一共有两个House，The Upper House 上议院 和 Lower House 下议院
下议院，即 House of Representatives 众议院
上议院，即 Senate 参议院, 元老院
澳洲总理即，Prime Minister of Australia, PM 是总头目，PM和 Members of Parliament (MPs)都在下议院，有多数职位的执政党掌控，MP每3年选一次。
