Why Vent?

    * uVent provides a simple channel for users to publicise their experience with customer service providers and share those experiences with other users
    * uVent will push user vents to the appropriate company for resolution, if the company does not provide a resolution the vent will go public
    * It is in a company's best interest to resolve user vents with the highest satisfaction rating possible to avoid bad customer service and high percentages of 'CHURN' from the venter
    * If vents are not resolved in a timely manner, users are contactable by competitor companies who will provide advantages to the customer in product and/or service
    * Venters can then decide whether to switch their service provider based on competitor's advantage
    * Users will rate and share their experience with the wider uVent community with an indication of the quality of their customer service interactions
    * Consumers can base their buying decisions on satisfaction ratings gathered from other uVent users on a particular product and/or service provider - "Try before you buy"

      


Why Resolve?

    * Companies can achieve brand equity with resolution history of customer service issues. In situations where the products are comparable then customer service is a key differentiator. uVent gives these companies a method to quantify this differentiating factor.
    * uVent allows companies to contact customers with a high propensity to 'CHURN' (switch) from their current product and/or service provider, in real time.
    * uVent allows companies to offer individual customers or all users in the same industry an advantage to switch from their current provider.
    * The uVent system allows companies to take advantage of customers with a high propensity to switch and lets them apply group offers for the most effective outcomes. The system is time efficient, reduces costs and brand dissonance e.g: "All banks are the same"
    * uVent will facilitate data feeds for client companies, which they can then expose to enhance their brand via real PR advocacy. Data can include customer service ratings and other relevant metrics.
    * Ultimately a company's goodwill is based on the value of their brand in the marketplace. uVent will validate the utility value of the brand online and provide a key indicator to the market relative to the value of client's goodwill
