在澳大利亚注册一家公司，同时，是件很容易的事，注册资金也不像国内，我们一般都只填100元。我和我的一些朋友们都是注册的有限责任公司。如果你人在国内，只不过想注册一家公司，委托中介，估计公司900刀搞定，注册一个品牌，100多吧，记不清了。公司章程之类全做好了。如果是商业移民，还不如到了再做，先拿到税号。再申请。一般一周就可以把公司申请好了如果公司是大型私企或非澳人控股的小型私企。。。
如果公司是大型私企或非澳洲居民控股的小型私企，每年都要 在财政年度结束4个月后递交年度财务报告Section 292 of the Corporations Act 2001 requires the following entities to prepare a financial report and a directors' report for each financial year:
* large proprietary companies
* small proprietary companies that are foreign-controlled
