好久没来，报告一下情况，昨天收到Grant Letter, Case Officer - Kaneez Dean

VISA GRANT
I refer to this application for a Class BN subclass 136 Skilled – Independent visa, which was lodged on 31st August 2007.
On 27 February 2009 a decision was taken to grant XXX a Class BN visa.
Now that the visa has been granted the visa holder must make an initial entry to Australia as the holder of a Class BN visa before 28 November 2009. Please note that it is not possible to change this date.

请问这是预签还是准签？ 到底怎么知道要不要补材料？

看前部分是准了，但看后部分要补料，而且很多材料，算预签

CLF2008-xxxx.pdf 是准签信，email内容里面的requested documents只是example ，我刚开始比较糊涂，没搞清楚关系。但是pdf已经通知我最后登陆日期before 28 November 2009。所以我想自己是准签了。

我收到补料信：副申请雅思成绩，说如果不能提供，不要先付款，等他们通知再付款。还需要体检和无刑。如果付语言费，要多少钱？
