2008年的档案号开始分co时，各位请最快来报到。
Please note that on 31 August 2007 the ASPC received a large volume of applications due to legislative changes which commenced on 1 September2007. Applications will continue to be allocated as usual however these allocation dates will appear static until all applications received on this date are allocated.
看来审批速度会慢下来。希望这么说不会影响你的心情。

Cough is not a trouble in medicalexamination.
13-11-2008 is not a holiday. I have no idea why you ask this question. Too slow? A joke?
If the speed is 2 days a week and no furthur slow down, I am glad with COs' work performance.
