VIC驾照换NSW驾照

今年5月换了香港驾照, 上个月用香港驾照换了VIC驾照. 在墨尔本住了一个月, 还是打算搬到悉尼去.
请问这样的情况下, 我的VIC驾照能换NSW的F牌吗?

维省full licence 可以换纽省 full licence 没有问题。

If you could provide licence total years over 3 years doesn't matter which state. I've used 2 years WA licence + 6 years Chinese licence(expired being accepted) applied for a NSW full licence.
