签证过期后才离境会有什么后果吗？
单就澳洲的签证，不考虑其它地方。过期后才离境，会不会有罚款甚至拘留？
或者以后再也不给你签证了？ 在澳洲逾期滞留，今后肯定是有记录了，再审请澳洲签证会很难。一旦被发现，会首先限制行动自由，然后被遣送出境。但如果未被发现，自己离境则不会被拘留，但下次也申请不到澳洲签证了。 逾期居留属于违反签证条例，会被记录在案。会影响以后申请签证。但不是刑事犯罪记录，通常超过5年后就没有关系了。 QWERTYASDFG 发表于 19-5-2015 08:22

永居签证永远不会过期，过期的是回境签证。和LZ问的不是同一回事。 哦，终于搞清楚了，谢谢版主。不知道楼主说的是什么visa

PR是永久居民，如果你不违法被判刑1年以上或者其他严重的事情，是不会取消你的PR身份的。
但是-------------你需要一个VISA进入澳大利亚。。 这就是PR上面的RRV
初始PR上面带有5年的VISA你可以随意进出，但是5年过期了之后你要申请新的RRV要不然 出去就回不来了。
5年住够2年可以申请新的5年的RRV，不够的话申请1年，3个月，1个月的，等住够两年在申请5年的

看我上一个回复 另外关于PR的激活，如果到期内（通常小于1年，根据无刑和体检日期而定） 没有登录激活，那么PR会失效。。。。 这个跟RRV 不是一回事。。这个真的会让PR作废的。 不知道有不可抗力可不可以申诉。
