居民住处晚上party时限可以在哪里查到吗？

邻居party今晚到很晚，报警了还没来。但是跟邻居沟通他说by law周末可以到12点？是真的吗？哪里可以查到呢？

I googled "noise control" and found some articles but none of them saying about 12:00 AM time. Plus when I was calling 131444 I ask if there is a lawful time for party they replied "no, its only when you feel disturbed you can make a complaint"

这个和时限没有关系，可以party到半夜12点，并不等同于制造noise到12点，如果你觉得影响到你了，你可以投诉。

Close all windows and doors
Don’t use speakers outside the house
Start your party earlier so that it can finish earlier
Set the volume control to ensure the music is not audible inside your neighbours home after 10pm
Ensure your guests leave quietly
Let your neighbours know about the party in advance and its expected finishing time.

google出来的西澳的法规：The Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997，里面有详细说明。粗略浏览了一下，有10点，没有12点之说， 而且对音量也是有规定的。

但除了这个法律，很多local council也有自己的规定。所以打给自己的council问问本地相关规定比较靠谱。

查一下所在CITY規定CITY OF CANNING 周一到周五是晚上10點，不过我觉得可以和对方沟通的------

Amplified Music

In general, music that is clearly audible at the boundary of a property may likely be regarded as unreasonable in accordance with the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997 (at the discretion of an Authorised Officer of the City). Allowable levels significantly reduce after 10pm Monday - Friday, as such music should be kept to a minimum after this hour. Noise issues relating to party music and behaviour (out of office hours) must be referred to the Police for investigation.
