关于189签证中的出生证明
最近在准备189的申请材料，因为本人和副申都没有出生证明（要求含有父母的姓名在上面），看下面提供了几种可选项，是不是提供父母双方的护照扫描件就可以了？ 是你本人的护照公证件，如果你的户口跟你父母的户口是一本上面，那户口本也公证了提交最好了 Documents to show identityScanned colour copies of the biographical pages of the current passports or travel documents of all people included in the application.
Recent, scanned passport-sized photograph (45 mm x 35 mm) of you and each other person included in the application. Alternatively, digital photos can also be provided. Each photograph should:
be of the head and shoulders against a plain background and
be labelled with the applicant's name.
If your name has changed or the name of anyone included in your application has changed:
evidence of the name change.
Scanned colour copy of your birth registration, and that of all people included in the application, showing the names of both parents. If you do not have a birth certificate, provide a certified scanned colour copy of the identification pages of at least one of the following:
passport
family book showing both parents’ names
identification document issued by the government
document issued by a court that verifies the person’s identity
other acceptable evidence that you are who you claim to be.

谢谢，我又仔细看了一下，应该是我自己的护照公正件就可以了，只不过要certified copy，thanks a lot 父母的护照是不行的，需要出生公证写明你的姓名，出生地，父亲是谁母亲是谁。因为这边的人有birth certificate,国外的才要提供出生公证。 如果不是一个户口本，那要去你户口所在地，准备父母的结婚证，出生证去办出生公证。 办出生公证很简单，公证处非常熟悉办理流程，注意各地要求的材料略有不同但不外乎：申请人身份证户口簿，父母身份证户口簿，父母结婚证，独生子女证；申请人单位人事证明；申请人证件照；户籍地派出所证明等等。 kah 发表于 16-1-2015 13:26
