The company that I am recruiting for are based just a little North of Perth CBD, and they specialise in the implementation of ERP solutions to customer across WA. They have been doing so for 25 years, and employ around 40 staff.
Their new vacancy is for a Technical Consultant. We have assisted the in filling a similar position a year ago (the person who we introduced loves the job, and has assumed a greater level of responsibility) and the opportunity represents either an opportunity for someone already at this level to join a relaxed and friendly team environment, or for someone keen to take a step up from a Technical Support type position, and move into Customer facing ERP implementation and support.
The position will most likely pay $65-$70,000 + super, although a more junior candidate may still be attractive, or indeed someone who can bring more immediate value could be of interest (but expectedly would cost more).
This is a company where everyone is important. Regular company wide meetings allow everyone to understand how the role that they play forms part of the bigger picture, and the opportunity would be attractive for someone who wants to move from a large team environment into somewhere that they can make an impact and a difference.
