EOI账号无法登陆

登陆EOI账号的时候输错了密码，结果现在每次登陆提示
•There was a problem with the specified user account. Please contact your security contact. (Reference : c26888dc-2fb9-4f85-85b3-5dffcc0911e1 )
怎么办啊？求助。。。想打电话咨询网站，结果找半天没找到那边的联系方式。。。

已解决，重置密码后可登陆。。。好吧，虚惊一场。
