紧急！求助！！！572转189
小弟登陆澳洲一年多，完成了硕士学位去年十月满60递交EOI
之前的573签证要到今年315过期
所以就又申请了NAATI课程读书
320拿到572签证
324收到189邀请
填表递交后收到General Skill Migration的邮件
“You were granted a TU - 572 student visa on 20 March 2014 which has condition 8534 - No Further Stay attached to it. You have requested the 8534 condition to be waived however we are having difficulty processing the request as you have not provided us with evidence that you have completed your course for which this student visa was granted.
Please provide a scanned copy of the completion letter for the Advanced Diploma of Translating (PSP61012) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
From the time of this email you have 3 days to submit the requested information, ending 4 April 2014.If the requested information is not provided within this time frame your application will be returned as Invalid with no further contact.”
让我递交目前正在就读课程已经结业的证明。这个明显是不可能的事情，刚开始读啊！
所以今天下午给移民局电话，接电话的人也是晕了，没有遇到过这种情况，她也咨询了半天，让我直接回复邮件说“还没有完成课程”，然后等待后续结果。
问题主要就是出在 572 有个不要继续待在澳洲的条款。
我在想，我直接放弃现在的572，专心等189，不知道是不是可以。
看了很多，基本上没有572转189的···
求大神指导 你有8534的条款，还onshore申请substantive visa，不是等被拒吗？
你可以回国offshore去申请189。 你现在放弃572签证的话，你没有合适的签证在手上。就算你递上189，相应的BVA在你的572过期之前不会生效，你实质上还是持有572，只到572到期。且，有No Further Stay，你必须出境等待189的审理结果。 请问后来你是如何在没拿到结业证明下通过189的呢
