楼主先做点调查，关于就业市场还有房产市场，另外可以提出以两个区域，作为暂时落脚点。简单介绍一下为啥选这个区。州政府就是想看你是做了调查的。而不是对这个州一点都不了解。

另外是哪个州呢？好像现在就qld要求这个吧
