Could someone tell me if it is available for 4G moblie phone uses in Briabane or Gold Coast,thank you.

Yes, it is available, Telstra, Vodaphone, Optus ......
you can buy prepaid card if you are traveller.

4G向下兼容， 没有4G的地方自动3G， 或者2G

tpg可能只租用了3G网络。

TPG,ALDI这些都只租用了3G部分

而且4G基本上也只在市区部分开通，出了市区很多时候就切换到3G了
