Evidence of Family Composition
It is noted that your divorce certificate submitted with the application refers to property and a
child. Please provide a signed statement detailing if you do have a child their details including
full name, date of birth, passport & or national ID card number. Also please advise if the child
will be migrating on this application and provide any relevant custody documents.
由于divorce certificate是个通用模版，事实上我根本没有小孩，这种情况该如何回复Co呢？直接写一个declaration说明情况吗？还是要用填移民局的某个表格？
CO的信里并没有特指要填什么表格。。。。
求高人指点:handshake 周六CO加班？请问你的CO是？ 现在的CO好勤奋，经常周未加班。楼主有没填80表？80表就是填这些关系的呀。 填了80表，还是被问这个问题。又填了个54表，自己在网上收的一个叫做：family compositon的表 有中介帮你做吗？
如果有，直接叫他打个电话给CO或者发封信去，解释一下一般就OK了
如果CO硬要你的DECLARATION，就给他写个过去好了 谁给你翻译的离婚证明啊？这一翻居然多出来一个孩子。。楼主你喜当爹了。。:lol
