189 visa 9月6号lodged, 今天下签了,Lisa 女神,Team 34
经过一次催签之后，今天早上下签了，感谢Lisa女神,为了让我过好今年11／11的光棍节，终于仁慈的秒签，没有让补材料.Process:

I sent an email to my case officer. just ask whether or not there are some docs needing to add. and tell that I would apply for another bachelor degree, and urgently need a valid visa, and then ask them to consider my situation kindly.
I sent it on 4/09/2013, After this email, i waited for one week, and no reply. but today i got granted :) 恭喜恭喜

多打几次，有的接线员就比较好会把co的信息告诉你
