问问短登驾照、租车问题
明年短登珀斯,由于带着小孩儿,当地出行考虑租车出行为宜。请教移友几个问题:
1、在西澳是不是有规定,签证日期后三个月内能使用我们的驾照在当地租车或者开车?三个月后就不能用了,只能考了澳洲驾照才能开车?
2、我们的驾照可以通过淘宝的NATTI翻译后带过去使用,这个是研究论坛前辈的攻略得知的。但是我家LG有阿联酋驾照,上面是英文的,不知道这个阿联酋驾照带到澳洲是否可直接使用。
3、还有一个问题是我目前没有研究的,在珀斯当地怎么租车?租车费用一般一天多少(如卡罗拉等经济车型)perth加油费一般多少?
以上问题请教各位达人了。 登陆日起3个月,不是签证日起 兄弟你上hertz或者budget上面看看就行了,价格、你的阿联酋驾照是否可用,一清二楚。
另外顺便说一下,价格比较便宜,但是价格天天变。

You are exempt from taking the computerised theory test on the road rules
You may be exempt from the requirement to undertake a practical driving assessment.

Experienced driver recognised country
On 1 September 2012 Western Australia adopted a new ‘experienced driver’ recognised country category. If your driver licence was issued by an ‘experienced driver’ recognised country and you are 25 years of age or older, WA will recognise your overseas driving experience*.
* Only applies to new applications received on or after 1 September 2012.
Upon application for the grant of a WA driver’s licence you will be exempt from the theory and practical assessments (car and motorcycle only), provided your overseas driver licence has not expired by more than 12 months.
If you hold a driver licence from an ‘experienced driver recognised’ country and you are under 25 years of age you will be required to undertake and pass the theory and practical driving tests prior to the grant of a WA driver’s licence.

Driver from a non-recognised driver country
