VET职业评估，材料还需要邮寄吗？

请教一下各位，就是前两天完成的QV和SRGO的在线申请，收到两封邮件，是不是说只要完成了在线上传（或email）文件，就不再需要邮寄纸质材料了？？

邮件原文如下：
1）Your online application for the Chinese Qualification Verification has been successfully submitted.
Now you need to :
1. Print the 'Application Record – Qualifications Verification' attached with this email
2. Sign by hand the 'Applicant Declaration' section by the applicant. Sign by hand the 'Agent/representative Signature' section by the agent/ representative (if applicable)
3. Email scanned clear colour copies of the application record and all other required documents to chinesequal@vetassess.com.au. Please note: •The scanned clear colour copies must be in A4 sized portions without size reduction (except photos) and must be legible when printed on A4 sized paper. Badly scanned, illegible documents will require resubmission by the applicant. This will cause considerable delays in processing the verification application.
•Documents must be colour scanned from the original document. Identification documents (e.g. passport bio-page) are required to be colour scanned from the properly certified copies.
•Scanned documents must be in the following formats: JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, and PNG with the file size of 2MB or less. (Note: PDF files or zip files CANNOT be accepted)
4. Include the application reference number in the subject line of the email. Provide your Chinese Personal Identification Number in the email (this applies to applicants from P. R. China only).

Alternatively, send the original signed 'Application Record' and all other required documents to VETASSESS by post or courier.


2）Your online application for the Skills Recognition - General Occupations has been successfully submitted.
Now you need to :
1) Download and print the 'Application Form' from the online portal - http://www.skillassess.com
2) Sign by hand the 'Applicant Declaration' section by the applicant
3) Sign by hand the 'Agent/representative Signature' section by the agent/ representative (if applicable)
4) Upload scanned colour copies of the signed application record and all other required documents onto the online system. Please note that all documents, except the application records, passport-sized photos and evidence of paid employment, need to be certified copies of original documents. If you pay by money order or bank cheque please submit the money order or bank cheque by post or courier to VETASSESS.
Alternatively, send the original signed 'Application Form' and all other required documents to VETASSESS by post or courier.
All required documents can be viewed on online portal- under submitted application, click 14WA190169, then scroll down to 'Document Checklist' section.
You can upload your documents anytime within 30 days, by following the instructions below:
•Log in to your account - http://www.skillassess.com
•On the home page, select 'view status of my submitted applications'
•Select the application you wish to upload documents to
•Select 'Documents upload' and click on the 'Upload Documents' button

你是什么时候完成上传的呀？
就是说确实不需要邮寄啦？

根据邮件的内容，可以选择上传，或邮寄，二选一。

你在澳洲吗？怎么没有这个要求：
If your correspondence address is in China, four completed self-adhesive name and address labels in Chinese characters

我还没准备好SRGO，只是13号上传的CQV的材料，之前也邮件特意咨询过VET，他们回复说扫描上传即可。

我在国内的。
QV申请的网站上确实有这一条，但是发给我的邮件里是没有的，不过我还是把中文地址也一并上传了

我是4月15日Upload documents, 不过到今天还是Lodged，不知道什么时候才会 In progress？

难道邮寄资料会更快确认吗？还是受到复活节假期影响
