My apology for taking an extra time on the afternoon break, now let's pick up from where we left!
So far, we are reasonably satisfied with newozer's job performance in the committee, given he has been working on a long-distance base and has quite frequently been blocked out from FreeOz's service.
Even though he has endeavored bypassing the website lockdown (防御性禁闭) carried out by chinese media security watchdogs (监守者), he still has showed his powerlessness when he is called for reporting to his duty.
Please be advised, we have been grateful to the effort @newozer has made whenever code grey (This code means security is needed immediately to get under control someone's verbal/physical violence) was triggered by @dcxg 's aggressive behaviors.
However, I am afraid that we still have a bone to pick with you (挑一下你的毛病) , @newozer
For what you do as a security in FreeOz, you should have appreciated the cruciality (至关重要性) of punctuality (准时) and credibility (可靠). The strategy to avoid the procrastination (耽搁延误) should be the top priority listed in your professional portfolio (职业能力清单上) in FreeOz, whenever you expect some delay to respond to the emergency or possible absence from your duty, you should have alerted the authorities in FreeOz via alternative venue (另外可行的渠道), if there is one! Heeeheee
Anyway, please don't dwell on (老是去想) your previous performance and don't bash yourself up psychologically (别跟自个儿过不去), you need to focus on your potential competencies!
With regard to this performance evaluation, hope you can treat it with a positive approach and take on board the constructive attitude--Amend mistakes if you have made them and guard against them if you have not (有则改之,无则加勉)
