使用地下室的很少見，不過~只要依照法規，建擋土牆，排水渠道，或許要抽水泵浦等等。
只要康掃批得過，就可以蓋，不過我想所費不貲，因為這里的土質都是沙土，擋土牆肯定厚的和城牆一樣。
另外，要是施工，鄰居的牆壁龜裂了，甚至地基下沉，施工方要100%負責賠償。

small temperature range with massive thermal mass as insulation - wine storage, summer nights, winter nights
Storage - can put a squillion things in a basement
workshop - or cool store, model railway or other hobby area, study etc.
Footprint - a larger home with lower overall land use

另外，姐妹们，家里尽量别弄个惨白的日光灯，人在日光灯的灯光下，18岁变28， 28变48，脸上皮肤和射灯或者暖色LED灯光下的效果比较，你们懂的。。。
