我的2012.1.09日签收，都快10天了，怎么到现在还没有扣款啊？要多久才会扣款呢？

谢谢啊，呵呵，要了，还没给。。。。你是不是就在澳洲啊，我也怕啊，sa 的机械名额没有了，wa 现在还有，快一天是一天，可是公司的fedex 账号没有进口到付，要开通也蛮麻烦的。。。。只有等平信了，希望先拿到扫描版，申请wa 的担保。。。。。

我算比较幸运吧.申请机械工程师,可能EA因为我的工作经验给我评估了Production Engineer. 让我可以申请SA.那时看到SA的ME变红,我已经跟我老婆讨论去WA的种种可能了.结果没两天EA跟我说是PE.我又有可能留在SA.
祝你顺利.我一同事很是喜欢Perth的,说那边比澳州其他地方漂亮.我想留在阿德主要是在阿德已经1年.不想动.呵呵

扫描件只是存档的那张纸。你确认扫描件行？我听说是不行的。

官方回复我了.可以接收那样的文件.但是最后提交PR申请时.这样的文件是不行的.

Immigration SA will accept the 'file copy" of your Skills Assessment. If your state sponsorship application is approved, you will then need to apply to DIAC for a GSM visa. At the visa lodgement stage with DIAC, you will need to have your official Skills Assessment.

有关这个雅思延后的讨论
在2011年7月1日之前是有很多童鞋这样做的  包括我自己
当时是4个月的等待期递交材料先得到CID  排上队
然后尽快把雅思烤出来
只要4个月后CO拿到你case之前  你的合格雅思成绩单快递到了EA那里
对于CO来说  正常审理完全不影响你case的进度  一切ok就很快发letter了

但是现在审理速度加快到4-5周
对于延后考雅思的意义就不太大了
主要原因是雅思成绩单是由考试中心直接快递给EA
大概要一个星期以上的时间才能到
雅思考试之后的两周出结果  你才能知道这个成绩是不是满足四个6

所以你要么雅思成绩够用了再递交EA评估材料
要么你EA材料递交后的一周两周内就得考雅思而且还得一次就过

还有
EA的CO都比较nice  有童鞋遇到过雅思成绩没合格重新考
通知CO  case压在手上等了几个星期雅思成绩到位后立即就发letter了

不过这些都是特殊情况谁也没法告诉你CO肯等多久

我已经报名了2月18日和3月10日的考试，计划下周把除了雅思的所有材料寄出去，
这样即便是4周的排队，也差不多到了3月中旬了。
