大家好，我老婆上周来到悉尼，由于她英语比较不好（虽然4.5分勉强过了），我们去了burwood的Centrelink,想申请他们推荐我老婆上LLNP免费英语课程，但是他们说175技术移民签证申请人均无法推荐。我查了下论坛，有些技术移民的TX还是可以去上，centrelink的网站的相关要求是：
Language, Literacy and Numeracy training is available to eligible customers who would like to improve their language, literacy and numeracy skills. To be eligible, you must be:
1）of working age (15–64 years), and
2）registered with Centrelink as unemployed and looking for work, and not a full-time student.
You must also be one of the following:
1）aged 15 to 20 years and not in receipt of income support but registered as a job seeker with Centrelink
holding a temporary humanitarian visa subclasses 786 and have applied for and been granted Special Benefit on or after 1 January 2003 (Note: visa conditions apply)
2）a migrant who is subject to the 2 year waiting period (visa conditions may apply)
3）a holder of temporary or provisional visa subclasses 309, 310, 820, 826 and 850
4）a citizen and permanent resident whose first language is not English, regardless of whether you are getting income support (Note: visa conditions apply)
5）a customer receiving...各项allowance.
我老婆的条件应该满足上述涂黑部分要求，怎么就没法呢？还是因为澳洲这些部门经常专业水平参差不齐呢，谢谢！！ |
