It's US who printing money, not Australia. It do have some impact, but not the determining factor.
Can you shed some light on why US interest rate is so low although they are printing money? Doesn't FR foresee the inflation?
Some are estimating 5.25% this year, but that's based on current strong economy, and good property market and low unemployment rate. If these conditions are gone, their estimation will change. |
