拿CO的信，CO会专门给一封信要求新加坡的无犯罪
有这么一段：
RE: CERTIFICATE OF CLEARANCE (COC) FOR SINGAPORE
In connection with your daughter’s application for entry into Australia it will be necessary for you to
submit to this office a Certificate of Clearance on behalf of yourself and all other family members listed
below aged 16 years and above. A statutory declaration of no criminal conviction is not acceptable as
evidence that you do not have criminal convictions.

然后把申请寄到了新加坡新加坡回复email说需要一个Appeal过程， Appeal表格已经上传
Dear XXXXX
We hv received your application for COC. However, for Non-Singapore Citizen, the following requirements need to be completed:
a) An APPEAL form (which is attached) for you to complete in which to be considered by Head Criminal Records Officer for approval;
b) Photocopy of relevant document showing proof of your stay in Singapore (eg.work permit identification card, testimonial letter from school or employer, arrival & departure endorsement on the old/current passport etc). Please verify and declare of your period of stay in Singapore on the Appeal form.
2 You may forward the above documents to us via email and to quote our Ref CID/COC/CRS 66/11 in your reply. The process of the appeal is 10 working days exclusive of saturday & Sunday. We will inform you via email the outcome of your appeal.

把appeal表填好，附上需要的材料，然后email提交，会收到回信
Dear XXX
Thank you for sending us the required attachment documents for the appeal request. We shall send the appeal to our Head officer for consideration. Please allow 10 working days for the review of your appeal. We will only revert to you should we require further documentation and the outcome of the appeal. If you do not hear from us, consider your appeal are deemed to be successful and we are processing your application. Alternatively, you may check with us again after 10 working days to follow up on appeal status.
If the police clearance is granted, it will be sent directly to the requesting authority and will not be released to applicant.

如果appeal通过，他们会接着给办无犯罪，会直接寄到移民厅，不寄给申请人
谁知道申请新加坡无犯罪证明的指纹印去哪里做？公安局还是公证处？
最近有申请新加坡无犯罪证明的么？怎么不给非新加坡人办了？
那怎么办？是不是可以不提交给澳洲移民局了？
