Push and jump on board 这动作,
我的老背啊,痛了好几天。。。
以前都是慢慢爬着站起来的。看来身上很多部位从来都没被锻炼到过
明天练俯卧撑去。。。
Personally I feel that's the EASY part about surfing.
It's basically a quick push up + swing your legs under yourself. Do it in one motion. I don't recommend go to your kenns first then stand up.
Instead of 俯卧撑, why not just train this motion on your floor? Once you get used to it,. your brain won't even think about it when it comes time to performe it.
