各位老大,本人斷網已近十日(2月9日開始)。對外聯絡全靠手機勉強支持,極不方便,幾近痛不欲生。
故障為沒有任何信號,ADSL和PPP燈都不亮。經過與Exetel數日email往來,確認網絡是斷掉了,要我自己找人。
問題:這個Austel Approved Technician是誰,去哪里找?是找telstra要求他們派人嗎?

Please note that our technicians has checked the connection and they have confirmed that the service is currently terminated on the A-side of the Main Distribution Frame on Vertical A, Pair 8 so therefore this requires investigation in the B-side of the MDF.
Note that You might not understand this as you need to inform a private technician (Austel Approved Technician) in order to investigate this issue. He needs to tag the Vertical A, Pair 8 with the B- Side.
