Eat many times a day but fewer in volumn each meal, I eat between 4 to 6 times a day.
Stop eating junk food, get rid of chocolate bars (pure dark chololate is fine), chips, etc.
NEVER drink soft drinks, cut right down on alcohol.
All natrually cooked food is good food. Just don't binge on any single item.
Have a variety of items in your diet - nuts/ fruits, veggie. etc.
You should take in at least 1g of protein per 500 gram of body weight, so if you weigh 65Kg, then have 130g of protein per day.
CORRECTION:Protein/ Carb/ Fat intake should be in this percetage 40%/40%/20%.
This means percentage by calorie heat. NOT by volumn or weight. Because each group (Protein/ Carb/ Fat) gives off different CAL heat when processed by the body.
Also,the 40/40/20 ration is strictly for serious body building. For a normal person with average daily activity, 30/40/25 is probably more suitable.
