Hi Tony,
My name is Johnson, and I am writing to make a complaint about your service and your sales Steven.
I bought a used car at your shop on 24th, Sep. 2010 , 1996's Toyota Corolla CSI , $4950 drive away. On the contract, it writes registration will be expried till Augst, 2011. After I bought this car, there was a period of three days for cooling-off, but your sales Steven Victory spent 3 three days for basic service, which means I didn't have a chance for testing this car, his attitude was really rude to me and my wife. When I drove this car back home, found out the air conditioner didn't have gas for cooling, so I called back Steven for reason, he told me to call him next week and he said when he sold a car , there was non business for hime about any problems, when I rang him back at next week, he told me to bring the car after a week. Thus, after 3 weeks, I got my car back to K.J.C for the gas filling, but Steven told me to wait for 2 days for gas filling, I was very angary about that, and I said I would wait there, but he told me to 'f*** OFF!!' Finally, you came out to resolve this and returned my car within 3 hours.
You can see from above, the sales Steven is a very rude guy and has a really bad attitude towards customers.
What is worse was on Chrismas EVE, when I went to Great Ocean Road with my wife, a police man stopped my car and told me, my car was not registed, that mean I have to pay up to $700 dollars fine for the punishment. And this indicated that this car was not registed although the due registration date on the contract is 8,Augst,2011. When I called Steven office phone at 3pm, he said,' this is Chrismas EVE, bye bye!' , and then hang up my phone.
I was extremlly angry, our holiday were ruined by this, as we can not drive without registration.
What I need is to complete the registration as soon as possible, and pay for the fine! And reply to me a formal letter of apology and promise there will be no more such rudeness, otherwise, I will make formal complaint to consumer association or even to law court. Please reply to me as soon as possible, thank you!
