Criteria for Managers and Professionals
If you are looking to apply for state sponsorship from the Government of Western Australia you will need to have an occupation on the Western Australian Skilled Migration Occupation list (WASMOL); meet Western Australia's criteria for your occupation and meet the Department of Immigration and Citizenship's criteria for General Skilled Migration.

*International English Language Testing System

All Managers and Professionals will require a high level of English skills. This level, deemed proficient, is an IELTS score of 7 across all four bands reading, writing, listening and speaking.

it的工作经验要7年，雅思要4个7，不是很明白这种176担保的意图。有了4个7的，工作经验还差得远的tx直接走175不就得了。
有这种担保还不如没有呢。

有了担保时间处理上不一样啊，谁知道等个1年多以后政策又会怎么变呢！不过不得不说澳洲政府越来越清楚情况了，来了之后才知道，只能说太多材料作假的情况以及经济面等等原因造成这个结果吧！虽然可能因为中国的原因，经济危机对澳洲影响没有欧美那么厉害，但是现在经济回转趋势也没有预想的好。好多人跟我说现在还是远远不如06~07年，所以澳洲政府收紧政策也是可以理解了。

如果能拿到SMP，可以
1. 4x7都不够分的情况下，拿点加分
2. 更重要的是，火箭速度下签

觉得176速度快，就是给英语好，工作经验丰富的技术人才提供一个捷径，一般人就老老实实地走175好了，加上175下签慢啊，政策上可以变来变去，看情况对申请进行控制，对澳洲政府这多好啊

act,nt对于部分tx来说还算能够接受。
qld,wa就是直接关门了。

No. Applicants who applied for either a Skilled (Residence) or Skilled (Migrant) visa (subclasses 175, 176, 885, 886) on or after 1 July 2010 as either an independent or family sponsored applicant cannot be assessed using a state or territory nomination under a plan. This is because it is a legislative requirement for applicants applying from 1 July 2010 to have obtained a nomination prior to lodging the visa application.

不让交，那老的提保怎么办？

Q: Is SMWA honouring sponsorships that sit in the DIAC pipeline for the following occupations; • Hairdressers • Computing Professionals • Pastry Cooks
A: Yes. If you have one of the occupations above that is not listed on the WASMOL your nomination continues to be valid, however, your application will not receive priority processing (Category 2) under the SMP. This means that your application will retain its existing processing priority under Ministerial Direction 48.

怎么这个又说对老IT是有效的，只是进不了Categrory 2，拜托WA能不能写清楚一些呀

个人理解，• Hairdressers • Computing Professionals • Pastry Cooks 理发的，IT，厨师还有效，还有一线希望。只是进不了Category 2 优先处理。已经写信去问了。盼回复中。

相对30＋的人来说西澳似乎是最后一根稻草了，没想到现实这么残酷。
我要说的是大家不要放弃，执着的向着自己的目标前进，哪怕是一线机会也要用100％的努力去争取，这样当你几年后回首时不会因为现在的自暴自弃而后悔，哪怕最终没有成功也不要给自己留下遗憾。移民局的政策始终是变的，谁也不知道下一次的政策变动会不会眷恋你。

我作为一个30多的老同学，移民路上我已经拼搏了3年了，现在仍然在努力。我就是因为自己的倦怠，导致去年的一次机会没有抓住。因为申请EA要写CDR很麻烦，所以抱着侥幸心理等待去年底的政策，没想到移民局一直拖到今年2月8日才发布新政，我的07年的申请被直接cap掉了，申请EA已经来不及了。现在一想起这次机会的错失，都会懊悔不以。
