The First one:
The fishing boat was trawling and Japan Coast Guard Vessel seems was overtaking the fishing vessel, both means Japan Coast Guard should Giveway and to keep clear of fishing vessel, however Japan Coast was crossing the fishing boat's head to collide the fishing vessel by very dangerous practice(the Japan Coast Guard want to collide fishing vessel head, as there is a collision bulkhead in the front of the all kind of vessels and unlikely cause the fishing boat sinking after collision). The Japan Coast Guard failed to collide the fishing vessel and passed the fishing vessel head at very short distance.
Although this Japan Coast Guard vessel failed to collide the fishing vessel, another Japan Coast Guard vessel Crossing the fishing vessel from fishing vessel portside; asper Collreg, Fishing vessel saw Japan Goast Guard vessel green sidelight, Japan Coast Guard saw fishing vessel red sidelight ), Japan Coast Guard vessel should giveway and to keep clear of fishing vessel; However, Japan Coast Guard vessel alert Course to Port to keep their track and course in front of the fishing vessel to impede the fishing vessel and suddely slow down to collide the fishing vessel. they did collide the fishing vessel by this occation. (The Japan Coast Guard collided fishing vessel port bow. (as there is a collision bulkhead in the front of the all kind of vessels, which unlikely and did not cause the fishing boat sinking after collision)
After collided the fishing boat, Japan Coast Guard vessel increased the speed to clear of fishing vessel.
From the video, the fishing vessel follow the Collreg and kept their course and speed and/or taken the best practice they can to avoid the collision.
From the video, Japan coast also want foolish people without knowledge of Collreg and Maritime "Chinese fishing boat collided us with their bow". However, I beleive 100% of ship's deck officers and/or maritime profession know that is totally Japan Coast guard's fault.
From the video and the events thereafter, It is very clear which was planed by Japan Coast Guard and Japan Government.
China should seriously think about the collision and events of Japan and/or USA after this collision......
