解读合同
阅读合同,不看不知道,一看吓一跳:试用期6个月!试用期期间,你和公司任何一方要解除合同的事先通知只需要一周时间!这个试用期超长啊!国内一般都是3个月,这个确实半年!
Your appointment is initially for a six-month probationary
period, during which your continued employment will be
subject to review, based on satisfactory performance.
Prior to the completion of your six month probation, both you
and the Company will decide on your suitability to continue
employment and either you or the Company may terminate
your employment with one week’s written notice. The
Company may make a payment in lieu of notice.
At the successful completion of your probationary period, your
ongoing employment with the Company will be confirmed.
试用期过后的相互解除合同的通知周期是4周。如果是被公司辞退,那么公司多付四周的薪水。
After the conclusion of the probationary period, either you or
the Company may terminate your employment by the
provision of four weeks written notice. The Company may
make a payment in lieu of notice.
每年3月份进行涨工资评定,看来我半年试用期过后,如果干的不好就被炒鱿鱼,如果干的好就有可能加薪,涨薪评定的条件是工作业绩。
Salary reviews take place in March each year.
工作时间是早上8:30 到 下午 5:00,午休一小时,这个和法定工作时间一致(每周工作37.5小时),每天工作7.5个小时,外加午休1个小时。这样我就需要早起了,我住在Central火车站附近,只需要不行就可以到公司,步行时间大约35分钟。这样我每天就需要7:45出门,看来最晚7点就要起床啦。
Your days and hours of work will be Monday to Friday from
8.30am to 5.00pm with a one hour break for lunch. From
time to time, you will be required to work additional hours as
is reasonably necessary to complete the work assigned to
you.
12个月的时间里面,如果有病超过累计3个月,也有可能遭到接触合同。
are absent because of illness or injury for an
extended period of time of more than 3 months within
a 12 month period, or the total absences you take due
to illness or injury within a 12 month period (whether
based on a single or separate illness or injuries)
extend beyond 3 months (unless you are on paid
personal/carer’s leave for the duration of the
absences). |
