高手请指点能否技术移民

高手帮忙分析下，我是否有资格申请技术移民。先说下情况：

本人专业：计算机及应用，本科毕业。头两年在一家民企做网络、服务器等系统维护；接下来做了3年的售前服务器、存储相关的技术支持；5年的PC、笔记本的售前支持；然后又转回来做2年的服务器、存储相关的技术支持。

配偶：旅游管理专业，本科毕业。头2年做销售，接着做过6年的技术支持、3年的marketing。

我个人觉得雅思7分对我还是挺有难度。

不知道我这样的工作经历可以得几分；配偶是否能加分？是否雅思一定要7分才够分数技术移民？

其实我的工作技术含量也不低……

我不是很知道11和12有啥区别，好像没很清楚……

Evaluates processes and methods used in existing ICT systems, proposes modifications, additional system components or new systems to meet user needs as expressed in specifications and other documentation.

是的，但是我觉得技术移民应该不止限制于这engineer 和programmer这两个范围吧。例如，在计算机领域技术含量很高的系统架构师，也不属于这2个范围啊。

不知是否有人了解

谢谢楼上的提醒。确实，我也是刚刚才发现了这个网站，并感到非常的高兴。这里很多朋友都很热情的帮助我。不管是冷水、热水，都是有益的。

目前在全力准备雅思考试，打算年底考一把再看看差距。

我并不急性，而且我对自己的职业也有信心。

现在唯一的问题是，雅思，如何获得各项7分，并且需要多长时间获得……
