ingredient: Pork(tenderloin or with a little fat)
Chinese barbecue sauce
Honey(a little bit)
Ginger
Water
Method:
Step 1. Cut 800g pork tenderloin into 3 strips, then lap them by the back of the knife blade in order to sop up the sauce easier;

Step 2. Marinate the pork with 5 spoons BBQ sauce totally(add some water to make it thinner) and put several slices of ginger in a plate, and then keep them in the frige for one night;

Step 3. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 mins, turn them over to bake again for another 15 mins, bake it again for 5 more mins after coating them by the honey water;

Step 4. Cut them into slices after cooling, then delicious BBQ pork is served.
