I GUESS THE EMPHASIS OF THE ANSWER IS PLANNING AND ORGANISATION. TO MEED DEADLINES, GOOD PLANNING AND ORGANISATION ARE THE KEY ELEMENTS.
1、充分的预计可能的困难,预松各个环节的sub-deadline
2、monitoring progress time to time
3、关注critical point的deadline meeting,否则会影响整个进度
4、及时向上司汇报进度,要喊救命要赶快
5、如果肯定meet不到了,也要赶紧汇报,商量对策和减低损失
6、不断的encourage和push team,也要给他们看到对岸有多远
7、尽量让高层buy in,大家一条船上了,要resource就方便了。
可以从三方面去回答
1.process control:
Monitor progress and communicate with all stake holder
Set milestones
2. team communication
Encourage and push team member
Get buy in
3. risk control
identify and avoidpotenial risk
set contigency plan
