我的面试题

这是我上月的面试题,职位是前一个刚退休,要你顶上去,能拿到研究经费,是NSW GOV的.工资近7万(GROSS).题目如下.

Interview Questions—Research Scientist, 3 September 2007

1.        Can you tell us what you consider to be our two major achievements in your field of research and how they are relevant to this position?
2.        What do you think are the key factors in building successful multi-agency collaborations?
3.        You have been asked to prepare a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation on how you would develop a  research project that address a major  production issue of your choice, for submission to an external funding body. Who is your intended audience?
4.        How would you describe your personal Emotional Intelligence and do you think it is important in the workplace? Please elaborate.
5.        What do you see as the major issues that the industry will have to deal within the next ten to twenty years and how might the industry respond?
6.        Any questions? The committee will need to sight documents (driver’s licence, evidence of degrees, etc)   

我FAILED,中选的人来自CSRIO,五十出头.但问题是我回答的不够好,演讲也不够简练.
