这次和以前的回复有个不同点就是以前都是Dear Client or Dear Madam/SIR,这次是名字全拼,而且是11号发出的查询除了当天收到自动回复外,今天又收到11号的回复,应该是处理了的。

for processing. Applications are generally allocated to case
officers by date of receipt. You should be aware that there
are a large number of applications already in the application
pipeline at the time you lodge so there may be a significant
time lapse before processing commences.
