不好意思，因为朋友自己搞错了签收日期，
应该是6.29签收，FN14W，VO是CLARKE, DEIDRE

另外问个问题：
补料信里面有
Please Note
Applicants requested to provide health, character, or IELTS testing results do not need to provide copies of receipts unless specifically asked to do so; however, you do need to advise this office:
1. The examination dates for medical examinations;
2. The police clearances applied for and the date the application was made;
3. The details of any IELTS test/s booked including test dates and the name and location of the test centre.

这个是不是要求补体检和无形了？

还有要不duty statements，
Detailed duty statement for the period (Date of lodgement). Duty statements should include evidence and examples of the duties performed and must be on official company correspondence/letter head and include the name, address and telephone number of the company. The Chief Executive Officer or Legal Representative of the company must endorse duty statements.

这个是不是正常的工作经历要求？有没有什么需要注意的？

职务描述

需要以公司信件样版，含公司名称，地址，电话，於表头，并说明职务名称，负责业务，工作多久，详细工作内容，并由总裁或公司法定负责人签名背书（注：请勿造假，这牵涉严重法律责任）
