I really like Citi's "0 liability" policy for the credit cards, that is if your card got stolen, you'd never have to pay a penny.

another challenging question to aaron, why the sales people are so aggressive in promoting their products, I am really bit sick of it..if the reason is because their call centre is based in south asia and the culture of sales is just like that there, i think i would understand..i myself had got lots of complains from other people of the telesales from the company I work in, they are really hard-selling and really annoy people, they ask the questions like 'it's such a good deal how can you refuse it?' etc,
overall, i still think citibank credit cards are great products, for the above questions, no offense but just being curious , hope you don't mind answering |
