贴一篇今天写的习作，题目是机经上的老题，这个我没有掐时间，想试试自己能不能够把比较抽象的问题写出来。FreeOZ强人多，热心肠的人多，真诚希望能够得到各位的意见！
1. A report indicates that nowadays children are becoming more and more lazy, fat and unsociable. Give the reasons for this, and proposal for a solution.
It has been generally admitted that children nowadays are becoming fat, lazy and unsociable. Parents and sociologists are paying more and more attention to the cause of this tendency and consequential solutions. In my essay, I shall outline some possible reasons and provide corresponding suggestions.
In order to analysis this issue, let us first take a glance at a recent survey demonstrated by a group of outstanding sociologists which indicates that over 60 percent of teenagers spend their spare time on television or online games while they used to play games on the playground in the past time. It is obvious that children’s hobbies are greatly changed by the popularization of televisions and computers. Compared with doing outdoor activities, teenagers prefer enclose themselves at home, either watching TV shows or surfing internet.
Besides, both schools and parents are putting too much pressure on children’s studies which give rise to this phenomenon. Children are expecting to achieve higher marks and forced to keep on studying in the evening and attend extra tutorial courses on holidays. It leaves them less time on physical exercise and social activities.
Furthermore, societies concerns are drew mainly by economy or political matters but paid less attention on children’s emotional and mental heal. Teenagers with inexperienced brain have the least idea of what to do and what not to do. Younger who lack of family supervisions and cares are more easily confront with puzzles such as loneliness and insensitive.
Nevertheless, there are various measures could be conducive to such matter. Parents should spend more time and attention on both physical and mental development of children. Ensure them to have proper diet habit and encourage them go out for outdoor activities like sports. Children should be given less pressure thus it does not lead to a happier childhood.
